Personal data processing
In accordance with Act No. 101/2000 Coll. on the protection of personal data, as amended, by submitting the form I give my consent to Alexandra Kurbanova to process and archive my personal data and I agree that the personal data sent by me will be processed for the purpose of contacting me back, creating a business offer and subsequently maintaining contact.
I give my consent to Alexandra Kurbanova, ID no: 02601842, with registered office at Staropramenná 636/19, 150 00, Prague 5 – Smíchov, registered in the Trade Register.
This consent is given for all data provided in the form, for an indefinite period of time. Giving consent is voluntary and I am informed that I can withdraw my consent at any time, or ask for clarification, completion or correction using the following form.
