Property management
Whether you live outside of Prague or simply do not have time to take care of your property, you can delegate this task to us.
Property management is intended for owners who want to leave the care about the property to professionals. We tailor this service to each customer’s needs.
The monthly fee for property management is CZK 1,500 for a property if not rented out, 10% of the monthly rent if the property is rented out.
Property management may include
- detailed inventory of the apartment, photo documentation,
- safe storage of keys, property inspections twice a year,
- collecting rent and forwarding it to the owner’s bank account,
- holding the security deposit, collecting documents for accounting – keeping records of all income and expenses, communicating with tenants, owners association, building maintenance company and so on.,
- 24/7 emergency service, arranging maintenance and cleaning,
- inspection of all repairs and maintenance services,
- handling insurance claims, communication with insurance companies,
- receiving and processing mail by post,
- setting up telecommunication services (internet, landline, digital TV).
Other services provided at an additional cost
- preparation of tax declarations (income tax, conveyance tax, property tax, etc.),
- furnishing the apartment with furniture and accessories, home staging – interior design,
- special services – installation of blinds, curtains, lighting, design and installation of kitchen units, upholstery work, clearing out old furniture,
- reconstruction of larger and smaller scale.
Prices for additional services are negotiable.
